Tierpark Hellabrunn
On 36 hectares, Tierpark is one of the first natural zoological parks in the world, this animal sanctuary. It has more than 5000 animals and 460 species. There is also a popular children's zoo, which provides a wide range of animals as well.
Olympic Park
Olympic Park was the site of the 1972 Olympic Games held in Munich. Walk through the lovely park, visit the modern epic stadium. The Olymic Tower is a 950 foot high tower stands at the center of the Olympic Park and boasts visitors fantastic views of the city.
Marienplatz
One of the most popular attractions in the city. It is centrally located and offers travelers the best in dining, shopping, sightseeing, and nightlife. TheatinerKirche
This church is considered the finest example of Italian Baroque architecture in the city. Completed in 1786 by Italian born Enrico Zucalli, the church offers a panoramic nave and ornate gallery. Buried here are King Maximilian II and his wife the Holy Roman Emperor Charles VII and The exiled Greek king Otto.
National Theatre
Home to the world-famous Bavarian State Opera, the Theatre also exhibits regular performances, stage productions and musical events.
